The mission of the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office is to seek justice and enhance public safety for all our residents by fairly, ethically, aggressively and efficiently prosecuting those who violate the law, and by working to prevent crime.

Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office 3rd Annual Victims' Rights Week Celebration  

During the 3rd Annual Victims’ Rights Week Recognition Ceremony on Friday April 26th, the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office honored individuals in the office and in the community who go above and beyond to help crime victims throughout the year. These honorees each play a different, but equally important role in advocating for victims and keeping our neighborhoods safe.

Zero Tolerance for Domestic Violence, an initiative of the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors, is a public/private partnership designed to reduce domestic violence.

The Contra Costa County gets $1.3 Million Grant to Combat Insurance Fraud.
