Supervisor Gioia has spearheaded a number of improvement projects in Montalvin Manor, including:
 
Sidewalk Improvement Program: Homeowners received assistance to fix
  hazardous sidewalks.

Amnesty Program: Residents had time to bring their houses up to code without facing penalties.

Drainage Issues: Supervisor Gioia continues to work with the County Public Works Department to address drainage issues.
